It is your responsibility to:
* Notify guests attending about the use of strobe lighting & flashing video images.
* At your venue: Ensure that any smoke detectors are disabled for the duration of the event. Please state if the smoke / haze generator is not to be used. (But this will greatly reduce the effect of the disco lighting.)
* If bands & vocalists are also performing it is not possible to move the disco once set up.
* Photo’s took on the night will be displayed on the screens (We try to upload them to facebook after the event).
